Staff Excellence Office
a unit of Cracow University of Technology established by the Rector on July 1, 2025.
By Order No. 72 of June 30, 2025, concerning amendments to the Organizational Regulations of Cracow University of Technology
replacing the previously existing Position for Human Resources Excellence.

The tasks of the Office include, among others:

Coordinating all activities related to attracting and retaining
the prestigious HR Excellence in Research award for Cracow University of Technology;
Managing and updating the website dedicated to the HR Excellence in Research award;
Supervising, monitoring, and updating the implementation process of the OTM-R Policy in light of the European Charter for Researchers;
Collaboration with Coordinators of the recruitment process appointed at Faculties and non-faculty units, as well as with the HR Center;
Ensuring the availability of training on ethical and non-discriminatory conduct
of interviews and recruitment procedures applicable at Cracow University of Technology;
Identifying, in cooperation with the heads of organizational units and
based on the assumptions of the PK Strategy, the University’s needs regarding employee development and training programs;
Collecting information on opportunities for conducting and organizing training
independently by PK organizational units (including PK staff),
or outsourcing their delivery to external entities;
Collecting information on available external training services
and the entities providing such services; coordinating the organization of training processes conducted by PK organizational units (including PK staff) as well as external entities for PK employees;
Developing a university-wide training offer in line with the PK Strategy and the principles
of PK employee development programs, taking into account career development paths
within specific employee groups;
Developing annual plans for mandatory training for PK employees;
Organizing trainings included in the plans as well as ad hoc trainings conducted
in response to changes in the socio-economic and legal environment;
Conducting an annual assessment of the quality and effectiveness of trainings conducted at PK
and the implemented employee development programs at PK;
Proposing the implementation of measures to improve development and training programs.
Monitoring the development of PK’s research and teaching staff in terms of structure
age-wise, in the context of guidelines for the evaluation of scientific activity;

Graduate of the Academy of Economics in Kraków
(now Cracow University of Economics), majoring in
Management and Marketingwith a specialization in Human Resource Management.She also completed postgraduate studies in Career Counseling at Cracow University of Technology.

Since 2008, she has been associated with PK, where she served for 13 years as the Head of the Dean’s Office at the Faculty of Environmental
and Power Engineering. From 2021 to 2025, she worked as a Senior Specialist in the Rector’s Secretariat at Cracow University of Technology. She currently leads the Human Resources Development Office, overseeing
the HR Excellence strategy, OTM-R, and the development of HR policies.

Privately, she is a fan of music, film, and Italian cuisine.

Graduate of Jagiellonian University, majoring in Historyas well as postgraduate studies Local Government and Administration
at the Higher School of Public Administration in Kielce.

An administrative employee with experience in local government structures as well as several years of corporate experience, including in HR. She has been associated with Cracow University of Technology since December 2022, initially employed as an administrative staff member at the Research Center – Laboratory of Extremely Low Temperatures, from July 2025 at the Position for Human Resources Excellence, and since August 2025 at the newly established Human Resources Development Office at PK.

Privately, she is a fan of the culture and language of Italy and South Korea.
In her free time, she enjoys reading books, exploring new countries and languages, and traveling. She is interested in sports, particularly basketball, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
