The goal of the European Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) is to support employers of researchers in the process of creating attractive employment and recruitment conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n
\n

The guiding framework for the strategy is the document \u201cThe European Charter for Researchers,\u201d which sets out the fundamental principles that should be followed by institutions operating in the field of R&D, research funding organizations, and the researchers themselves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The European Commission has positively evaluated the Internal Review Report on the implementation of HR Excellence in Research activities at Cracow University of Technology. This means that the university can continue to use the HR logo and undertake new initiatives for further improvement. During the upcoming visit of European Commission assessors, scheduled for autumn 2025, Cracow University of Technology\u2019s strengths will be evaluated, and areas requiring further action will be identified. The university will also receive a set of recommendations to be implemented in the next reporting period. In the meantime, we are carrying out the recommendations from the previous period in accordance with the Action Plan 2023\u20132026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to ensure strategic oversight of the implementation of personnel policies in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers<\/strong>, Cracow University of Technology has established a Steering Committee<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
