support employers of researchers in the process of <strong>creating attractive employment and recruitment conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow style=\"font-size:18px\">The European Commission has positively evaluated the Internal Review Report on the implementation of HR Excellence in Research activities at Cracow University of Technology. This means that the university can continue to use the HR logo and undertake new initiatives for further improvement. During the upcoming visit of European Commission assessors, scheduled for autumn 2025, Cracow University of Technology\u2019s strengths will be evaluated, and areas requiring further action will be identified. The university will also receive a set of recommendations to be implemented in the next reporting period.
